I started as an intern at PROCLINK in 2018. With baby steps, I completed 4 years in this organization, and not only have I grown as a professional but also as an individual. Although my career at PROCLINK is just beginning, I am excited to see what my future with the company will bring. When I first signed on with the organization, I was just a beginner in the IT Industry.
Depictions of women’s success in the corporate world are misleading. Increasingly, women are bumping into ‘glass ceilings’, but I feel happy and proud to be part of an organization where we see female representation—starting from entry-level management, up to the board of directors.
Over the past four years , I have received training in different technologies. It gives me exposure to the working world and enables me to develop a variety of skills, such as development skills, communication skills, organization and most importantly life skills. In the last few months, I’ve made good friends and have met charismatic leaders.
Everyone here at PROCLINK is master of their respective areas, and I have learned different things from each and every one of them. I would like to thanks to the team here I am now fully prepared to take on whatever challenges that the future holds.
I started my professional journey with PROCLINK from 2017. Soon after joining, we were deployed in the project. We work as a team under the constant guidance of well-experienced seniors and successfully delivered the project.
After that, I got a chance to work on various projects as a PROCLINK employee. As time passes, PROCLINK is growing better in terms of size and structure. We constantly feel that we are working under some great vision because of the expertise of the top management group. In this time of digitization, the goal of PROCLINK is very clear ‘To provide what the upcoming world needs’.
The working environment at PROCLINK is very encouraging and one can easily grow his/her inner capabilities. Here, I got certified training to enhance my technical skills. We get other benefits also like overseas onsite work exposure, 5-days working, flexible working hours, Medical Insurance, etc. Over the period of 5 years at PROCLINK, I was promoted to Senior Analyst & later to Consultant role. I am learning new things every day and looking forward to growing together with PROCLINK in future.
I joined PROCLINK in 2017 after completing my Chemical Engineering Degree. I was assigned the project of IMOMS – Reliability Integrity Management for One of the largest refineries. In this project, I got a chance to work on different activities like CRP for Pump, Valve, Heat Exchanger, etc. and other. Also got to work on Merida Software for Mean time to Failure and Mean time to Repair Data, which gave me practical insight related to refinery operation, maintenance & Strategy.
If you don’t find any difficulties, you are on the wrong path. I am thankful to my manager and team who always helped me to understand and resolve the issues I faced to perform the assigned tasks. I could also participate in developing the business process for operation, Commercial optimization, Planning &Scheduling in BIZAGI tool.
Since joining PROCLINK in 2018 I have had many opportunities to develop both my technical and consulting skills and my Downstream Refining industry knowledge. PROCLINK has enabled me to greatly boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects. At PROCLINK there are no limitations for growth and I’ve always been encouraged to stretch myself, improve my knowledge and develop new skills. No day is ever the same and, for me, it is this diversity that makes working at PROCLINK enjoyable.
PROCLINK is people-focused and this remains strong throughout the company’s growth and development. We are now at a time of rapid growth and exciting new global initiatives. This is an exciting time to be working at PROCLINK and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges that come with the expansion of the business. It has been few months since I joined PROCLINK. I had a great onboarding experience, where in every new joiner is welcomed. A buddy was assigned to me who welcomed me during the scheduled time and connected to me over time and helped me to collect all accessories.
The best thing I have observed is Communication and Interaction within the team. We are a team of 150+ people with different backgrounds, interests, skills, cultures, and states. Even though we all are different, we all have something in common. Each employee is talented in their own way. Things such as FUN Fridays and other small traditions create a unique atmosphere.
I believe the skillset and experience I possess not only shall bring value to the organization, but in turn shall also help me to acquire experience and sharpen my skills amidst the organization’s professional work culture. Indeed, it will be a privilege for any aspiring professional to have a fruitful career with a growing firm like PROCLINK.
My overall experience of working with PROCLINK since last 3 years has been incredible. A combination of learning, on-the Job training, and the opportunity to work on many different critical projects with a diverse group of people has helped me to develop as an experienced person. In my entire 3 years I have never felt like I have been micromanaged, which in turn gave me motivation to work for more hours when needed and deliver excellent quality projects.
I also appreciate the positive work environment, including flexible work arrangements.

I have started my career in June’22 with Proclink as Consultant. Since being associated with one of big organizations before joining PROCLINK, It was tough to decide whether to go or not. But I gave a second thought to it. Apart of Big Names, Proclink has some unique things in terms of (i) Pay (ii) Work-Life Balance (iii) Work Culture (iv) Career Growth and lot of more things which made me to join without any doubt.
As soon as I joined, I had been involved in the Project, which was quite challenging and interesting at the same time. I suppose as it happens with everyone, it was tough to settle in initial period of joining. Have called multiple times to Hr and our top management of the company. But I really like here is they are very supportive. I was surprised to see top management is easily approachable and they give time to their employee, making belief that we have taken right decision joining here and there will be lot to learn here. And it happens exactly same, very soon I started taking interest and started learning with joy. Now I can proudly say I have made best decision joining PROCLINK since I am able to deliver in project independently and at the same time, I am enhancing my skills in different areas too.
Best thing I found here is if you reach to top management person, they are ready to listen you out and always give good suggestion, which will be helpful for yourself and for your career. The team here is very focused and talented, getting lot to learn from each other. In PROCLINK we have lot to learn, there is no limitation for growth. Diversity makes people to enjoy their work.
